Originally I’d ordered the grey Lacoste jumper in S%2C but when it arrived %28literally like a day or two later - the shipping was insanely fast%21%21%29 it was too large for the person intended - it was for a Christmas gift and I was nervous with a little over a week to go I mightn’t be able to organise a product exchange in time%2C having to factor in Christmas delivery. I also saw they didn’t have an XS in the grey jumper online%2C but loved the navy Lacoste hoodie and opted to exchange for that instead. I called the Melbourne store and the gentleman I spoke to %28I’m so sorry%2C my memory is terrible and I’ve forgotten your name but not your brilliant customer service%29 was SOOOO helpful%21%21 The best service I’ve ever received from a place%21 He took the stress out of everything%2C particularly at that time of year%21 He advised me that while the stock was in NSW for the XS Navy hoodie%2C to ensure I’d receive the stock in time%2C he’d call the store straight away to place it on hold so that when I’d arrive at the VIC store the following day to return the grey jumper %28wanted to drop it off myself rather than post it back for a quicker turn around%29 they could quickly organise to dispatch my new item. It must have been the only one left online%2C because I checked later that night and they no longer had XS in stock %28as they were true to their word and kept it aside for me%29. Once in store%2C the three staff members %28one girl and two males - one being the gentleman I spoke with over the phone%29 were absolutely lovely%21 They quickly refunded my order%2C even price matched the hoodie at the jumper price and organised with NSW to ship the new product out before Christmas. I believe that was a Thursday night or Friday. I got it Monday - a business day or two after and right in time for Christmas the week after%21 And the product was just beautiful%21 The quality of Lacoste is second to none. When the gift was opened on Christmas day it was met with such happiness%2C it made the day even greater%21 Thank you so much Lacoste and Shoegrab%21 I will be a returning customer 10000%25%21
