Our range of products are carefully selected and filtered to ensure that our customers are provided with the most wearable, treasured and revered by our valued customers Australia Wide.
How do I find my best Footwear Size?
We offer a sizing guide on all our footwear, for your convenience. Our Footwear sizing is always displayed in US sizes. Some models like the Adidas Yeezy and the Nike React Phantom offer a tigher than normal fit.
The item im after is sold out? Can I be notified when it Restocks?
Due to the nature of our store, many of our products may be limited in stock or may sell out quickly. We will always seek to source and restock these as quickly as possible, however there is unfortuntely no guarantee thereof. In order to keep tabs on all restocks, be sure to follow @shoegrab on intagram, ensuring to check our stories each morning. We recommend visiting our store early, in order to avoid disspointment.
To sign up for a restock notification, select any sold out size you are after. Here, you will be given an option to "Alert Me when Restocked".
How do I get updates on New Releases?
In order to stay up to date with all new releases and restocks, we suggest you follow us on Social Media. Here, you will receive daily updates on stock availability, restocks and much more!

How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates will vary depending on your location. We offer Australia Post Express Shipping as standard on all orders Australia wide. To calculate shipping to your region use this Shipping Estimator
For Customers within Sydney Metro, we also offer a Same Day Shipping option available at checkout. This option is available between Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1PM are guaranteed delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1PM are guaranteed for the next day.
How much does shipping cost?
Our Australia Wide Express Shipping option is free on all orders over $99. For orders under this threshhold there is a small fee of $4.95.
Samde Day Delivery free for customers within 10KM of our store, and $4.95 flat for customers outside of this zone.
Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment, international shipping is only available to New Zealand.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
At the moment shipping to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes is available through our Australia Post Express Shipping option.
Can I cancel or update my order?
If you would like your order edited or altered, its essential that you contact us at info@shoegrab.com.au prior to your order being despatched.
