Shipping & Delivery

Shipping only currently available within Australia and New Zealand. 

All items are dispatched through the FastWay courier network or Australia Post. Upon fulfilment of shipping a tracking number will be sent and updated through email notification. 

All orders are DISPATCHED within 4-5 working days. 

Please note that ShoeGrab don't accept responsibility for items that are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. 

Shipping costs:

$10 FLAT RATE across Australia for Standard shipping.
