Men's Nike Free Metcon 6 (Triple Black)?

I have purchased many shoes from ShoeGrab, this is the 1st time i have a need to complain.
These shoes do not appear to be a good quality shoes, main concern is there is no elasticity around tongue area and shoes are almost impossible to fit on, very badly designed:
